Withdrawals & KYC
win3max processes withdrawals to GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks. Before processing a withdrawal, win3max may require identity verification (KYC) documents including a government-issued ID and proof of address. This is a regulatory requirement, not a discretionary policy.
Responsible Gaming
win3max provides deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools to every account holder. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

- "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, bonus funds, or free-play amounts awarded by win3max under any promotion.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by win3max before processing withdrawals or at any other time win3max deems necessary.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.
- "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on the win3max Platform, or by accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with win3max's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an account, contact win3max support to close your account.
Important: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and win3max. Continuing to use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility
To register and use a win3max account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR for real-money online gaming participation in the Philippines.
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
- You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of win3max or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
- You do not already hold an active or suspended win3max account.
- You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently closed from win3max under a responsible gaming request.
Age Verification: win3max takes the 21+ age restriction seriously. Players who provide false information regarding their age will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance, including winnings, will be forfeited. win3max cooperates fully with any investigation by PAGCOR or other regulatory bodies in relation to underage gambling.
Account Registration
4.1 Registration Process
To access real-money gaming on the win3max Platform, you must complete the account registration process, which requires provision of a valid Philippine mobile number, creation of a secure password, and confirmation of eligibility including age. win3max will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your mobile number to verify ownership.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. win3max reserves the right to suspend any account where inaccurate or incomplete registration information is identified, pending verification.
4.3 One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) win3max account at any given time. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. win3max employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and Real Money Balances subject to review.
4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
win3max may require Players to submit KYC documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal, upon suspicion of fraudulent activity, or upon request by a regulatory authority. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your win3max account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
- Never share your account credentials with any third party;
- Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with other services;
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
- Log out of your account when using a shared or public device;
- Notify win3max support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account.
win3max will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security. Transactions completed using your valid account credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have reported unauthorised access to win3max support prior to the relevant transaction.
Deposits
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
win3max accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. The available methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform's deposit page and may be updated from time to time.
6.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless a specific promotion specifies a higher qualifying amount. win3max reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
6.3 Deposit Currency
All win3max accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). win3max does not apply currency conversion fees for deposits made in Philippine Pesos via Philippine payment methods. Deposits made via international card networks may be subject to conversion rates applied by the card issuer, over which win3max has no control.
6.4 Prohibited Deposits
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are not derived from illegal activity. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using a payment method that does not belong to you is strictly prohibited. win3max reserves the right to hold or return deposits where ownership of funds cannot be verified.
Withdrawals
7.1 Withdrawal Process
Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time via the withdrawal section of their win3max account, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, to prevent money laundering.
7.2 Processing Times
win3max endeavours to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during KYC review, or for security verification purposes.
7.3 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- The Player's account must be fully verified (KYC completed);
- No outstanding active bonus with a wagering requirement attached to the Real Money Balance;
- No pending investigation, security review, or fraud flag on the account;
- The withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable withdrawal limit set on the account.
Note: win3max does not charge fees for standard withdrawals to Philippine payment methods. Third-party fees applied by banks or e-wallet providers are outside win3max's control.
Bonuses & Promotions
8.1 General Bonus Terms
win3max offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its specific terms and conditions. These General Bonus Terms apply where promotion-specific terms are silent.
8.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any resulting winnings or the bonus itself may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the promotion-specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, bets placed in Live Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; Blackjack and Roulette contribute 10%; Slots contribute 100%.
8.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account. Expiry periods are non-extendable unless win3max explicitly states otherwise.
8.4 Bonus Abuse
win3max reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, exploiting wagering loopholes, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion.
8.5 Promotion Modification
win3max reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be treated under the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, to the extent practicable.
Game Rules & Fair Play
9.1 Game Rules
Each game available on the win3max Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. These general Terms apply in addition to game-specific rules. In the event of conflict, game-specific rules prevail for matters relating to gameplay mechanics; these Terms prevail for all account-level matters.
9.2 Random Number Generation
All digital games (including slots, digital table games, and Coin games) on the win3max Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) rates.
9.3 Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games stream in real time from professionally managed studios. Outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, wheels) and are witnessed live. win3max does not manipulate live game outcomes in any manner.
9.4 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during gameplay, the affected game round may be declared void. win3max will not be liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions outside its reasonable control. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a software error or technical fault will be considered void and will not be paid.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win3max Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform;
- Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes;
- Any form of cheating, hacking, or exploitation of game vulnerabilities or software errors;
- Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits;
- Money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160) of the Philippines and its amendments;
- Providing false identity or age information;
- Opening or using an account on behalf of another person;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited;
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at win3max staff or other players through any communication channel.
Intellectual Property
All content on the win3max Platform — including but not limited to the win3max brand name, logo, website design, game content, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of win3max or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without win3max's prior written consent.
Privacy & Data
win3max collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at win3max.org/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a win3max account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
win3max may share Player information with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where required by applicable Philippine law, including in connection with anti-money laundering obligations and PAGCOR reporting requirements.
win3max will never sell your personal information to third-party advertisers.
Responsible Gaming
win3max is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all account holders:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
- Loss Limits: Caps on the total amount you can lose in a defined period;
- Session Time Reminders: Notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
- Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform at your request.
Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Players who have self-excluded agree not to attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts or using third-party accounts. Any account found to belong to a self-excluded player will be permanently closed and any balance handled in accordance with win3max's responsible gaming procedures.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win3max's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
win3max shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
- Losses arising from network outages, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues outside win3max's reasonable control;
- Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays or failures;
- Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain account security;
- Changes in applicable laws or regulations that affect the availability of the Platform in any jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits win3max's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Account Suspension & Closure
15.1 Suspension by win3max
win3max reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; account security compromise; or any activity that poses a risk to win3max, other players, or regulatory compliance.
15.2 Permanent Closure by win3max
Accounts may be permanently closed by win3max where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, including confirmed age fraud, confirmed cheating, confirmed money laundering activity, or confirmed use of prohibited software. Upon permanent closure for a material breach, the Player forfeits all balances including Real Money Balances and Bonus Balances.
15.3 Closure by Player
Players may close their win3max accounts at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method, net of any amounts subject to ongoing investigations. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure.
Amendments to These Terms
win3max reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, win3max will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address associated with the Player's account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the win3max Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits win3max's right to seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of any dispute.
